Oman is known for its popular tourist attractions. Wadi’s deserts, beaches, and mountains are areas which make Oman unique to its neighboring GCC nations (Wadis in particular). Jebel Shams is Oman’s tallest mountain, highest point, and is a popular destination for camping. Most of the major malls are located in Muscat, the capital. The largest mall in the country is the Muscat City Centre which was built by Majid Futtaim, an Emirati business man.

Day 01 Arrive Muscat By Flight
Arrive at Muscat international airport and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02 Muscat
After breakfast, Proceed to Half-Day Muscat city tour will be The Sultan Qaboos Mosque – Grand Mosque, the 5th biggest Mosque in the world please consider the dress code. The Mosque is open from 0800 hrs till 1100 hrs except Friday. Pass the embassy quarter and stop at the beautiful Royal Opera House photo stop only. Visit the Bait Al Baranda Museum. After this you drive along the corniche to Muttrah Souk, the oldest souk in Oman. Continue to Al Alam Palace Photo Stop, which is flanked by two Portuguese Forts, called Al Mirani and Al Jalali. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03 Muscat–Amouage-Nizwa–Bahla –Nizwa (280 kms/ 3H 33M appx.)
After breakfast, Proceed to Nizwa stop at the famous Amouage factory where you can discover the manufacture and the ingredients of their unique perfumes closed on Friday and Saturday. Proceed to Nizwa, the old capital of Oman. After that you will walk around the souq of Nizwa and get to know more about its history at the fort. This region has a very long and powerful history of which you will have a glimpse during a photo stop at the UNESCO world heritage site Bahla Fort and during your visit of the unique castle in Jabreen. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04 Nizwa–Jebel Akhdar-Wadi Bani-Wahiba (413 kms/05H 35M appx.)
After breakfast, Proceed to drive up to around 2000 m above sea level to enjoy the beauty of Jebel Akhdar, which means green mountain. The scenery will quickly change on your way to the desert. Before entering the sand, experience another natural beauty of Oman. Wadi Bani Khalid that invites you for a swim in the pools or a walk. The perfect place for the sunset is on top of the dunes. After that reach to the camp. Overnight at camp.

Day 05 Wahiba-Wadi Tiwi-Muscat (461 kms/ 6H 30M appx.)/Depart Muscat
Depending on your departure time at the airport you have the possibility to see the following sights. First of all you will return to the coastline and reach Sur. In former times one of the most important trading cities in the Arabian Sea it is now a more silent but still beautiful city. You visit the dhow factory where traditional wooden ships are made and the open air dhow museum. After leaving Sur you will drive alongside the coastline to Muscat. Take the chance to walk through Wadi Shab or to explore Wadi Tiwi by car. Just in time to reach your flight you will be brought back to Muscat International Airport. Departure transfer to onward destination.
